South Park Primary School -

In the next couple of weeks we will be continuing with the range of activities that we run for children at the end of the school day. Activities will begin the week beginning 30th April and run for 9 weeks until the week ending with Friday 6th July.

All after-school activities will continue to be charged for (children entitled to free school meals do not need to pay as Government funding covers all charges). This is so that we can pay outside providers and school staff who are willing to give up their time to run some fantastic activities for your children.

Once your child has paid for and started to attend a club, no refunds can be given.

All after-school activities will run from 3.15pm to 4.15pm. Parents and carers will be expected to collect their children at 4.15pm. At the end of the school day, school staff will ensure that children are taken to their activity.

If you would like your child to take part in any of the activities on offer you will need to come to the KS2 Hall to register and pay for activities on the following days and times:

Wednesday 18th April at 8.15am
Thursday 19th April at 8.15am and 2.45pm
Monday 23rd April at 8.15am and 2.45pm

Your child can register and pay for an activity, it is not necessary that an adult accompanies them. Places for activities will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so to avoid disappointment, parents and carers should register for activities as soon as possible. We expect demand for places to be high.

We hope most children find something that they would like to join in with.

Please note that the costs detailed in the table above are for the whole term. Parents and carers are expected to pay in advance and can pay in two instalments if they wish. Refunds will not be given if a child decides that they no longer wish to attend an activity.
